HOLISTIC BREATHWORK
Breathing is one of the keys that opens the door to full presence.
Breathing is an involuntary act that our body performs automatically. We do not need to modify it. Simply by observing it, we can learn how differently we breathe depending on our state of mind. With this, we educate the mind to be in a state of full observation of the present, extrapolating that observation to life, without the need to change anything, simply accepting what happens in each moment.
It is also possible to consciously modify the breathing and thereby change the bodily sensations and induce the mind into deep trance states.
Circular breathing causes our brain, in a controlled way, to be deprived of oxygen and thus induces that psychedelic state in which emotional and physical traumas are unblocked. It opens the door to connect with higher states of consciousness, transcending the body and the mind.
Holistic breathing is much more than sensations. Through it, we reach an altered state of consciousness where the work is done from the subconscious, the Ego is turned off and the mind (in full observation of presence) does its own therapy.
